what is crystal Healing?

For this type of treatment crystals are used for healing. These crystals aren't just pretty to look at as they also hold all of the energy from the earth. By placing them on the body or by holding them it is transferring the energy through the client. 

These crystals have naturally formed over billions of years on Earth and they hold the vibrations from our world.  It is said that these vibrations and energy interact with our own bodies to help with a healing process.

This ancient way of healing has been used and still is by all different cultures around the world. They are used for meditation, jewellery, placement around the home and on your body or used specifically as a crystal healing treatment. This involves different crystals being placed around you and in specific places on the body to help your chakra's align and to heal. 

When holding a crystal if you concentrate, you can actually feel the vibration that they have within them, meaning you are connecting with our mother Earth. There is nothing better than connecting with the world around us. Just like all holistic therapies, the use of healing from natural sources is what it is all about.

There are thousands of different healing crystals that are used for all different purposes so it would be absolutely impossible to list every single one. I would highly recommend doing some research about them to know which one might be good for the type of healing that you need. 

I would say that the most popular and most well known crystals are rose quartz, clear quartz and amethyst.  Rose quartz is especially good for self love and self healing. Amethyst is great for psychic development and clear quartz is a master healer. It amplifies the healing properties of all crystals. Obviously they do much more but they are the basics.
