Sam gets on with making you feel Comfortable right away. She is excellent at her job and has a healing touch. Her therapy sessions are worth every penny. I felt at ease in the beginning and felt full relaxed in the end.
She is an expert of multiple holistic therapies.
The place is set up at a prime location but when you walk in it transports you to a calm and quiet heaven.
I loved it.

There was a problem with one of the machines, I think she said it was the heater, that was required for the massage I booked. This was easily fixed when Sam offered me a similar massage which was just as lovely. It was a much needed relaxing experience and I left feeling refreshed. Would recommend!!

I had the reflexology and aromatherapy massage and really felt as though I was walking on air when she had finished.
Bliss itself feels very natural, welcoming and down to earth. It felt as though it was all about the client and not the aesthetics, which was so uplifting. The room was welcoming & the bed comfortable & relaxing.
I would love to see more of Sam, but unfotunately we were only in Blackpool for a couple of days & it's just a bit to far to travel regularly, but I will definitely book again when we are next over that way.

Absolutely outstanding went for a full body massage with hot stones and oils last night after work CANNOT praise them enough Sam was so professional and extremely knowledgeable was a little worried about going as so many massage places in Blackpool are super dodgy but found a completely GENUINE business already booked again and also considering the meditation sessions they offer HIGHLY RECOMMENDED felt so energised after , Room was super clean and super professional

Very relaxed, nearly fell asleep and my back problem had eased. Ive booked in again for full body version. I even bought bergamot oil for my bath which smells delicious.

It was was my first time going and sometimes I'm a bit nervous going to places the first time but sam was brilliant.
I came early and went in straight away. Massage was absolutely amazing, just how I wanted it. The music was relaxing as well.
I did some rock climbing the day before and the massage massively helped.

It was was my first time going and sometimes I'm a bit nervous going to places the first time but sam was brilliant.
I came early and went in straight away. Massage was absolutely amazing, just how I wanted it. The music was relaxing as well.
I did some rock climbing the day before and the massage massively helped.
Definitely go again and I'd recommend it to anyone.

Just had a lovely massage at Bliss. Very pleased. I had several aches and pains in my neck and back which have eased off now. Sam was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable in the field. I even had a small Reiki session which was surprisingly relaxing. Very reasonably priced and an enjoyable experience. I had walked past Bliss many times and thought it always looked pleasant and inviting, so gave it a try. Boy was I pleased I did, Sam is brilliant and really knowledgeable. Her salon is extremely clean and provides a warm welcome. I Absolutely cannot recommend this salon enough for a quality service and pricing is more than reasonable.

I can honestly say that for what you get and for the price it will be my go to place for further treatments in the future. Wow! I found Bliss whilst on the hunt for purchasing crystals and I’m so glad I did. After reading all the positive reviews I booked an hours crystal Healing and what a lovely relaxing experience that was , from the smells and the music to Sam herself.
Sam is such a lovely lady, easy to connect with and really makes you feel at home. I suffer from Daily chronic pain that never goes away and the Crystal Healing really did help.
I have been in other such places in the area just to buy things and the welcome, atmosphere and service is nothing compared to Bliss, I cannot recommend Sam enough.
After the Crystal Healing I have also had the hot Bamboo massage and that was just amazing. Due to my daily chronic pain and other illnesses I have a lot of hardness in my legs which are extremely painful to touch. Sam spent a lot of time rolling over the warm bamboo and massaging my legs by hand, getting the circulation and system moving and what a difference, I can actually touch my legs at the moment. I have severe degeneration in my neck and spine and the heat and massage really helped with the pain and tension. I have tried many different treatments, holistic therapies to try and help manage the pain to make it bearable and Bliss is the only one I’ve really benefited from.
I also suffer from chronic pain in my feet and after Sam had worked her magic there is still dull pain but the horrendous daily stabbing pain I was feeling is subdued for now enabling me to wear different shoes ! Sam is not only good at what she does she’s a true healer and I’m so glad I found her and will be back for more.
I also bought a lovely piece of Rose Quartz, a Celestite tumble crystal and a white Himalayan Salt candle holder whilst I was there too.

I hadn't been leaving the house, hadn't been letting anyone come and see me things just started going from bad to worse. The doctors were always to busy to see me just kept putting my medication up and up.
Then someone mentioned to me about this little place , never in my life would I of even considered anything like this but I didn't have anything to loose I was at rock bottom.
All I can say is WOW what an amazing place and and especially an amazing lady. Sam was so welcoming, she made me feel at ease as soon as I walked through her door.
She has so much to offer it's incredible and I can't wait to work my way through the list of treatments. You feel like a new person when you walk out of that door, all your problems disappear untill you get home.. lol. Everyone should go and try it xx

I went to Sam because I was struggling with a fibromyalgia flare up. Sam was gentle but firm, this was exactly what I needed. I've woken up today feeling much better and with less pain. Wow Sam is amazing it was my first time having anything like this but Sam was really friendly. After I left really noticed a difference in my body With the aches and pains I’ve also never felt as calm with the reiki session I also had the gastric band hypnosis it has only been a few hours but I have noticed a big difference even though I did eat some choc peanuts I would of usually eaten a lot more . I will definitely be back in the future for more treatments I cant thank you enough Sam xx

Having suffered with mental health for years and being under a mental health team I was all talked out! Sam is a fantastic spiritual therapist. I felt so much calmer, relaxed and like my mind was uncluttered after just my first session, can't wait to have more! Lovely calming and peaceful room, too.

I just had the hypno therapy with Sam for gastric band. I can honestly tell you this evening it’s really made me think twice about reaching out for the food infront of me and just eating it without a thought. Sam was incredibly professional, made sure I was as relaxed as possible so I could switch off from my daily stress of work, kids, school runs etc. Her room is beautiful and the salon environment is incredible. I can’t wait to have some more treatments with Sam, I 100% recommend her! Thanks again

Hot stone massage

Reiki and Indian Head Massage
I had a 30 minute head massage and a 30 minute Reiki session. I loved the treatment room set up, it is cosy, and I noticed that Sam has a lot of useful and positive qualifications displayed on the wall. This creates an atmosphere that is both professional and relaxing. The head massage was a fantastic introduction and a useful thing to start with, as we had a chat with this being my first session. For the reiki I zoned out and let my mind wander, the time passed so quickly! Afterwards felt remarkably calm and peaceful. I'd recommend that combo too, but would suggest having the reiki for the full hour, as time does pass so quickly.
